there is no reason to be offended by these kind of comedy's, that's exactly what it is, comedy, everyone is stereotyped, that's what happens between people of every race, colour, or creed, we make jokes of everything

Not sure but it's awfully hot down here.
It's funny looking back now. I remember when i first moved to this country and went to my first day in public school. Needless to say i was the only minority in the class dominated by white people. Some guys challenged me to a fight cause they thought i knew kung fu. Obviously i got beat up, wish i knew kung fu that day.:(

The landlord of my house (from mainland China) who lives upstairs from me and knows me very well keeps swearing someday he is going to bring back or send for "a nice Chinese girl" for me. Even more so when he sees me doing laundry and cleaning my kitchen etc... Tells me I need "nice China girl" do my laundry for me, cook, clean, make bed every morning, lol. It's funny because then I watch as his wife gives him shit when he tries to hang around the bar SHE owns and do nothing all day... even though she is speaking Mandarin... I know what she is saying. She is saying "Get off your lazy ass and do something!" Next thing you know you see Xing in the back... hanging his head doing dishes. <LMAO>

At work I always get asked if I'm in charge of the sushi even though I have never and will never eat sushii in my life. Even though I have to admit, if I saw an asian amongst caucasians I would ask the asian if he/she made the sushii.

As an asian, the stereotype that I find the most offensive:

Because I am asian, I am not Canadian, and am from an Asian country. I also cannot speak proper English, so people speak should speak loudly and CLEARLY to me.

I also hate it when people refer to Asians as Orientals.

Now, for the really sad news. I fit 99% of the stereotypes (seriously):

1) I am short (5'4")
2)I wear glasses (they would be coke-bottle thick if it weren't for modern technology)
3)I have buck teeth (hence the braces)
4)I am into computers
5)I'm good at math (compared to white students)
6)I am a HORRENDOUS driver (I passed my test on the fourth attempt), after thousands of dollars worth of lessons. My poor car has been put through hell.
7)I eat rice, sushi, kimchi, all that good stuff.
8)I take off my shoes before entering my apartment
9)I have a small dong
10)I took kendo (but not karate or kung-fu)

Hey, at least I don't eat dogs. Only cats. With sweet and sour sauce, while walking around taking pictures with my camera. :p
