Just wondering what people are using other than creatine and protein. Most of the stuff at nutrition stores is bunk as far as I’m concerned. I’m in my 50s and trying to get back into it. Training is going well and nutrition is good. TRT is a possibility as well. still looking into it. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Exactly. That shit is just chemicals marketed to people who want to bulk up. Some of them aren’t even regulated, and can kill you or harm your body. The benefits you get, will be minimal, if any

What matters is quality of your training, and eating a very highly nutritious and protein rich diet. In the end, though, most people will never achieve a bodybuilder physique. Virtually all serious bodybuilders do steroids to achieve that hulk look.

Be consistent with your training and add in some cardio with a good meal plan. Stick to 2000 calories a day high in protein and you will start to slowly see the difference over a year. You can use the shortcuts as HGH or Testorone injections or both but I would try it the natural way first. If you do go with HGH or Testorone do it under the supervision of a doctor and not the plumber at the gym. LOL
