I love duos, and have several partners, but I have a specific approach to it. Here's my advice, take it with a grain of salt
I think what everyone here said is super relevant, it's important for both duo partners to enjoy having experiences with other women and it's important for them to get along or at least have curiosity about each other. Usually, when a client asks me for a duo, I ask him for a date and time and I reach out to a few duo partners I think he might like. Both of you have to be open to seeing the same person, so be specific about what you want.. It's uncomfortable if a client doesn't like the duo partner you brought, and makes her feel bad. Donations should ideally be matched, even if some of us will accept to be paid different rates. It's also important that everyone is on the same page about boundaries, so the 2 ladies should already be talking.
What you should never do: book a duo with 2 girls who don't know each other. This could go very wrong. Some girls also are very possessive of their clients, they worry that the duo partner will steal the client.. this isn't my case, but it's understandable because this is a competitive industry.. So if you want a positive experience, make sure these difficult feelings are taken care of. I've had colleagues who told me they felt really bad after a client really paid attention to another person a lot more than he paid attention to them. This isn't something that would bother me personally, but I can see how the SP could feel rejected if that were the case.
