Note, also, that some internet users are unable to connect at anything faster than 28.8K dial-up speeds due to geographical restrictions. This affects their ability to do view sites with lots of hi-res graphics, animated gifs, etc. that take a long time to load.

I use Mozilla Firefox ... doesn't have the problems of IE and is supposed to be the "browser of the future" -- from the people who developed Netscape in the beginning
