Is it an automatic no? Its not a super luxury building by any means so I am assuming he will just sit at the desk and nod as you walk by, like when I worked at the condo @ Brock and Victoria in Whitby. Or Liverpool and Bayly in Pickering. Not like in ritzy buildings where they take your name and ID down and call up to make sure you are a wanted guest. Looking at a condo this Saturday (with a concierge) so I can vary my working hours a bit and host some different types of dates. I am afraid any new build building is going to have one. Let me know your guys thoughts!

Sometimes I prefer these condos than hotels to be honest. Having lived in one downtown Toronto, usually they just nod after buzzing in (as long as you buzz in). They typically don’t get paid enough to care as long as you don’t pose any threat

Is there a buzz code you have to do..?
Or can you just walk by?..
What would you have to do to get up to you?

No issues for me either Ashlee but hopefully location wise it’s a little closer to Toronto (eg Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax) as sometimes my barrier to booking with you is time logistics to incorporate travel time, especially with traffic so bad.

Me too. Would love to see some alternate dates in the Whitby / Oshawa area as that’s been my only reason for never seeing Ashlee… schedule is tight that I just can’t factor in another hour in total travel time. Hopefully this building is somewhere more central!

Concierge is jot an issue with me. They usually just nod or ignore you. Go in with confidence. Pickering area would nice.

Concierge is not an issue for me if the buzzer works. It gets awkward when you need to wait for a resident and follow behind them. If you rent for a day or so, you may not get access to the buzzer so something to consider.

Concierge is cool, but the elevator call-up can be frustrating, especially when you want to just walk in and out.

I saw a provider out in the west end with that setup and it was extremely awkward.

I'd happily see you in a building.
