Controlled calorie surplus is good. No issues there. Some people just overeat and bulk, which is what am referring to.

No strength has actually went up...everyone has a set point where they just feel unstoppable...if I were to lose 10 more pounds then why strength would start to diminish and I would be stage lean.Did you lose any strength when you transitioned from bulk to cut?
