No, I wouldn't compare Bush to Hitler. Bush doesn't have the same smarts. Hitler wrote 'Mein Kampf', outlining an aggressive military plan for world domination. Bush is doing the same thing, but doing it moronically following the policy papers of his administration. Bush's plan, so far, falls in line with the policy document 'Rebuilding America's defenses' published by 'Project for the New American Century' whose members include Cheney, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz. The document states that its a "blueprint for maintaining global pre-eminence, precluding the rise of a great power rival, and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests".
