Bush Presidency Imploding? THANK GOD!

First there was that disastrous first debate where Bush looked "Befuddled, Bothered & Bewildered," to say the least, as Kerry attacked Bush's supposed strengths on Defense and Foreign Policy and made Bush look lost, nervous and in need of a good stiff whiskey.

Now two giant Bombshells are delivered to the Bush Campaign by Paul Bremer, who basically said Bush went into Iraq with far too little troops:

and Don Rumsfeld, who said there was NO connection between Saddam and Osama's AQ and that there were NO WMD to be found:

regarding the ongoing MESS in Team Bush's attempts to secure Iraq, since 'Mission Accomplished' was declared way back when.

Timing of these revelations could not have come at a worse time for Bush/Cheney since the VP debates tonight will not doubt focus one these revelations made by key Bush people Bremer and Rummy. It will be interesting to see how Cheney dances around these stories since Cheney has always been seen as the chief architect of the pre-emptive Iraq War that Bush started.

Looks like the Bush 'spinmeisters' will have to kick it into overdrive and overtime to wiggle out of this mess!

Can just hear ole Rush Limbaugh saying "pass the OxyContin"...............

I don't know. Based on the track record, my beloved Democrats will screw up in the last min during the campaign.

No matter how legitimate the grievances, the arguement the Democrats have, for some reason the Democrats are not good at "marketing and selling their products".

By contrast, I grudgingly admitt the GOP are good at "selling poison under the wrap of candies".

I hope this is not going to happen but given the systematic problems in the election process in America, the Dubya will win again by technicality this time around.

If that happens again, see you in Tehran next year.

As far as I know, no chickens have hatched yet. All we have are a bunch of increasingly rotten eggs.

There have been plenty of revelations about the stunning incompetence of the Bush Boys over the past four years. He retains the support of just under half of the American population.

That said, my faith in the wisdom and judiciousness of the American people is so strong that I do feel confident of a Democratic victory in November. Americans are simply too smart to let their fear railroad them into giving Bush a second mandate.

Whats truly frightening is that Bush could still win after the fraud he has perpetrated on his fellow Americans. No WMD or evidence of Al Queda links to Sadamm, yet he still leads in the polls. Is America winning the 'War on Terrorism'? Are Americans safer now, than 4 years ago? Iraq is now a training ground for the Milltants who will lead the Jihad against 'The Great Satan' for the next generation and where is Bin Laden? Hopefull Cheney will fall on the proverbial sword forthwith but I think not after 5 deferments.
