I read that since this video was posted, the Calgary police are investigating to try and find the person.
This fucking idiot should not be even allowed to walk around with kid scissors... serious mental impairment! That was very painful to watch!
Is that the truth. Constable Shaw missed the mark not only is this person the worst driver in Calgary, surely they must be in the running for worst five drivers in North America!

how bout the damage repair to the car she hit? You can see at the end of the video how the guy just realizes his car has been damaged. She has the intelligent of a nit. Even when the car behind her drives away she is still inching backwards so obviously she's not checking rear mirrors. She could easily back over small children. If she had half the brain she would plan her route before she even starts the car.
In that configuration I would have made a 3 point turn to get the car in the same spot but reversed then drive forward and away I go. 4 turns in total. Instead of backing into the car back away from the car first. First turn was already a bad decision.

This is a fucked up world, where this woman still has her driver's license. Such a paltry fine. Who do you think is more dangerous: the person who drivers 100km/h in an 80km/h zone or this lady? Because apparently the consequences are the same if you're caught!
Depending on which BMW that machine is it's worth between $55k and $80k. Don't think that fine bothered her much.
That is one of the worst displays of driving I have ever witnessed. For a second I thought it was a joke. Then I thought maybe the driver might have been drunk and had no idea on gauging distances. But in reality it's just a bad driver who clearly has no clue or feel for the road. Scary.
Think we can cast a wider net than just Calgary and say this is globally the worst licensed driver...ever.
