Giselle, I changed the clip to Bear Steaks located at College and Euclid west of Bathurst (Little Italy). You can probably get both at St Lawrence Market.

Sorry Shack, not into California Sandwiches nor veal.

Looking forward to trying all the recommends here.
To be clear, the sandwich video I posted is fried mortadella and provolone on sourdough. Mayo on one side, Dijon on the other. (That video is a bit unclear)

I was there a couple of weeks ago and IMO, it has gone downhill. I've always loved it (even ahead of Pancer's) but they skimped major league on the meat from when Cheryl owned it. At least 30% of the bread had no meat covering it.

I find the main one on Claremont has huge portions, all the other branches, half portions, same price, anyone notice that ?

That’s surprising. I’ve been many times since she and partners sold and never noticed a difference. Maybe you got end of brisket where slices are thinner and we’re not distributed properly on bread.
