The fact that people turned on Justin has little to do with the actual state of the economy. Just look at the Biden economy versus Trump’s—stability versus chaos. The right-wing outrage machine hammered away at Justin for nine years, and sure, it took a toll. But credit where it’s due: he bowed out gracefully.
