In Canada we not only have gay marrage, but they even get their own Homo milk, I don't think they have the latter in the states. ;)

Me I stick with Skim, nothing wrong with homo milk, it just isn't my lifestyle preference.

1. There are no Bank of America branches in Canada, though BOA is in Canada as a mortgage company.
2. ATMs are English/French in Canada, and English/Spanish in the US.
3. Online ordering is more widely available in the US, but customer service is friendlier in Canada.
4. Imperial vs. Metric Units.
5. White Castle, Chick-Fil-A, and In-N-Out won't be found in Canada, and Nickels, Chez Cora, and Baton Rouge won't be found in the US.
6. Gas stations are bigger and more autonomous in the US, but no one ever had to duck their head from a sniper in Canada. :p

How the name of the following Japanese Automobile manufacturer should be pronounced: Mazda

Toronto Dominion - TD Banknorth (shush, don’t let Americans know we’re a wholly owned subsidiary of a Canadian Bank).

RBC in Canada, RBC Centura in the states.

Ing has Electric Chequing (5.00%, no fees) and just plain savings accounts in the canada.

just about every bank in the states has a free chequing account concept.
i have yet to see one of the big 5 banks offer that. however pc financial in canada is has adopted.

tropicana tastes sweeter in the states, its more sour in canada.

for a long time transfat was used about every fast food chain in america. health canada has banned transfat, or reduced it to .5, for years now.

canadian health cards, money, look alot more prettier. where has states the money is just numbers and id cards are very plain.

and the biggest one of call, is that the these god damn americans still don't use the metric system!!!!!!!!!!! there still stuck on the english system (miles,oz, temperature is in F).

The biggest difference is that Canadians know more about the US than vice versa.

It's spelled touque.
Out is the same in both countries.
Sneakers or running shoes in both countries. Rarely hear runners.
We have milk cartons in Canada as well as bags.

Thats right, no one says oot or oot and aboot as some people like to claim that we do.
Couple of other things.....
Cigs here come in packs of 20 or 25 and is the norm eveywhere, where as in the US they come in 20 packs, "box or soft"
Soda as in soda pop is more common in Pennsylvainia,in most states they call it pop too or a "cold drink"
And my fav, (and im surprised no ones mentioned this, not everyone in Canada says "eh" after a sentence,"eh" is heard in California and the west, whereas Canadians are sterotyped with something like,"hows it going,eh?"in someparts of the US you hear, "Well,i'll tell you what, itll be a real pretty day if theres no rain, huh?"

But their gallon isn't Imperial. It's 32 oz compared the the Canadian gallon of 40 oz.

Now all our American supplied 4 litre paint cans and 4 litre oil jugs etc, that used to be sold by the 4 litre, are smaller now to compensate for the US gallon. 1 litre oil has dropped to the American quart size.

I still use inches and feet, measure by the oz or cup(8oz) and lbs not kilos. I'm like most Americans and drive in Canada in MPH not KmPH. I hate farking metric, and I hate farking Trudeau for shoving it up our asses. What a waste of money.
