I know of several that have left Canada since 2019.The main reasons being 1) crap healthcare and 2) high taxes. I have another client contemplating moving to the Cayman Islands for work.
I think your reasons should be switched...high taxes should be #1.

What about daily expenses? Everything we buy, we have to pay 13% tax. Our government needs these 13% tax to operate. Sending a plane over to pick them up, cost money.
I have worked as a medivac pilot in the past. I don't know what you're talking about regarding airplanes. If you think the government is sending airplanes left right and center you're wrong. Been on a road a few times in my life with canadians hurting themselves in the US. One specifically with a broken back which requires operation within 6 hours. There's no time to get on this airplane you're talking about. Usually its people with money that have a home down south and one in Canada. Trust me they use private heath care for a reason and don't rely on Canada's heath care because they don't feel like waiting 7 months to see a dermatologist. So take a person like me, I pay my 50 percent tax and I still pay into private heath care because its my choice how i burn my money. So should I be paying 50 percent tax becuase I dont use it? Yes I do. Thats life. Many Millionaires in Toronto fly down south for treatment because our heath care system has far too many cracks and they still pay into our tax system because that's the price of being a resident of Canada. If this was a problem trust me the government would cock block this.

Lastly, I spent enough time on native reserves. In these remote communities there's tons of jet fuel being wasted on Canadians that live in Canada. Take the medivac company called Ornge. Crews are based in Thunder Bay and Upwards. The market for this is serving the north because of the remoteness and they need access to hospitals in a major city.

On a final note, most families buy into a company like Blue Cross and get coverage for the entire year if they are outside of Canada. Blue cross provides air lift services among other companies. Thats all private companies and private money. That has nothing to do with the government. What do you think snowbirds do every year in case they get sick in Florida? They pay into an insurance policy for treatment in the US or Canada. And if the sick person needs medivac or medical assistance, blue cross is funding that not the governments heath care system.

No i dont watch the news. I still haven't watched TV yet in my life. Maybe one day I can put the funds together and buy one.

So you're referring to the war as the culprit? You're using war as your reference. Wow. That's shitty. I thought you're talking about everyday living. So they are spending money rescuing people. Don't worry, even if there wasn't war and no money was being spent in recuse missions, yours and my quality life wouldn't change. You would be paying the same amount of tax with no break in sight, you would wait just as long in hospitals, our court house systems would still be backed up. Goverment offices would still smell like urine, nurses would still be underpaid, the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. Whats next the cost of covid? Which by the way cost more than WW2. But yes Gaza costs .
