Yeah I did, saw an SP from mileroticos, here's the info I have from my experience;
Most girls don't do incalls. They come to your hotel or airbnb. Some hotels don't allow other guests. So if you're traveling solo, tell the desk you are waiting for a friend to come meet you.. they'll know what you're referring to, it will be ok. They just don't want unexpected guests, especially in Hotel Zone. There are non-mongering tourists with children, they want everything accounted for.
Otherwise, you get a room from a motel (aka Love Hotel). Rates start at 2hr. There's the motel door to your room, and there's a back door + what I call a takeout window. Anything ordered from room service comes through the takeout window. Even settling up the room fee.

You can smoke cigarettes in the room, it has been a VERY long time since I had a beer in one hand and a smoke in the other while face fucking a girl who had a smoke in her hand, and a beer in the other. They aren't on time. On outcalls, they only call an uber when you provide proof of your room number + keys in hand (pic via WhatsApp). I waited an hour in the room, said she'd be there in 10min.
They expect you to book upon inquiring. I didn't think they were pushy, but I think they just live normal lives every day and might want to see you when it's convenient for them. Most don't bother with booking in advance, I got a lot of, "tell me when you're ready", like when I'm in the Love Hotel.
All in all a decent experience.. It took a lot of my day, for 1hr oucall appointment it ended up being like 4 hours of my time, getting to and from the Love Hotel, waiting for responses, etc. The thing I was most upset about was that when I finished the sun went down already and the beach was windy.
I asked her if the girls were honest in their ads, she said most are 10+ years older than the listing. She was ok, she didn't show her face in the ads but had a good tone in her text conversation with me. I deleted her number, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend her anyway.
In terms of cost, everything including the Hotel for 2 hours, 2 trips of Uber and some drinks, it ran me about $250CAD (~$3500MXN). I booked it on my first day there, and decided it wasn't really worth half of a day to try again, I figured most of the girls quoted me at least $1000MXN more for the same services and it wasn't a sure thing.
I don't hobby as much anymore, so I would probably spend almost the same amount here in Toronto and will most likely have a great experience with an attractive lady (minus the wild cigarette + throat fuck fiasco...).
But I never felt unsafe, and didn't feel like I'd get robbed.. trust your instinct, if the ad is TGTBT then it probably is.
