Capturing Flash Video

Does anyone know how to capture the Sunshine girl videos with Firefox? The Realplayer download manager doesn't seem to work with this site and a few other sites.

I use ZD softscreen recorder or wm recorder they will record any internet video.

Thanks guys. For Firefox 3, ZD softscreen recorder worked great, the add-ons didn't work with those flash files.
