Hey, I know this is about favourite cars, but my weber carb sprung a leak, causing gas and air to leak in and out at the wrong times. Anyone know of a carburetor rebuilder in the GTA (west side preferably)?

Thanks,
Timbit

If you guys like cars, try going to the Woodward car cruise in Michigan. I know it’s far but if this is your thing, it’s amazing. The amount of muscle and hyped up cars is unreal. I even saw a boat converted into a vehicle driving down the road ffs. It’s a big event every year. This year was my first time but definitely not my last.

Pacer
My father drove a gun metal grey Plymouth Valiant with a 318 V8 and sofa-style bench seats, and my mother drove a plumb-colored Pacer with vinyl seats and so much glass that you couldn't sit in it in any temperature above 20C without dying. Clearly I don't come from very strong automotive genes! LOL!

Great thread, but due to the rarity and condition of my car, I can't disclose any information on this forum. I do enjoy reading the comments though.

Any car nerds here?
Which modern or vintage supercar do you drive?
Which cars do you desire to own and why?
Anyone playing the allocation chess game?
Not too into owning expensive things because of aftercare costs. After seeing this Gordon Murrary piece, I would love to drive it and own it.
I liked one of the comments, "Gordon Murray on touchscreens: 'They shouldn't be allowed in supercars". This man is a rare mastermind."
Touchscreens in a car just complicate the shit out of things and make things more expensive. Everything about this car is so clean.

Would love to find an affordable Ford GT project car. Lots more of them around than you might think but still can't find one that meets my financial and time investment bars. Will keep looking though....

I have a couple of really nice late 60's and one 1970 muscle cars and a classic truck. For reasons of privacy (and not wanting to Surferboy 'brag') I don't want to mention the models.

But the reason I'm posting is to ask where I should look to start selling them. I want to sell them and buy one particular convertible that I have had my eye on.

So many options like Mecum Auctions in the US, Autotrader, etc. I'm just dreading dealing with the cheapskate lowballers. These are original/restored to original vehicles, but not Barrett-Jackson level.

I'd like to find a local collector car kind of showroom dealership if anyone can make any recommendations.
