It is not that Pee Pee was right along it is the masses bought into the nonsense and didn't associate the rebate to the tax. Happily deposited the funds then bought into the fiction. I'm glad it's gone so now Pee Pee has nothing to rant about and I hope he takes away the ridiculous added capital gains which was a stupid move when the electorate was in a pissy mood.

Hopefully we’ll see a reduction in gas and grocery store prices. I get that the carbon rebate was a sham - However, now that it’s gone, how do we know for sure that companies will remove their carbon pricing? A lot

Grocery prices won't come down, Peeps who drive gas guzzlers won't be happier at the pump either. Canada's grocery empires and oil and gas companies won't pass on those savings. Who are you kidding?
