Based on the reviews, I went to visit Cassidy. I had a good time and yes, as others have said, Cassidy has good energy, is cute, is a really nice friendly woman so she is nice to be with. The sex was good and highly energized too. The neighborhood appeared rough but I did not find it to be unsafe. Her apartment is quite messy and the bathroom not all that great (to put it mildly), so much so that I chose not to take a shower. Cassidy lives fairly close to Sarah's place, who I understand Cassidy does duos with.
Despite the good time, I am not inclined to return as the donation seems high to me for what you get. Her advertized rate for an hr of her time is in line with what many others charge, and she is good to be with, as I have already commented. But when I think of enjoyment for money, well for me anyway, I prefer to stick with the SPs who can present a far nicer surrounding at the same hourly rate. To me at least, this is a total package and I find it hard to relax in surroundings that are not reasonably tidy. I am not a neat freak so I am not looking for perfection, but the whole experience is a sensual one and the surroundings are part of that. Don't get me wrong, a great woman in a not-so-great place is far better than a not great woman in a great place. But when I compare to say, PK's women and the locations PK chooses, or the locations of some independents, then for the same hourly amount, the surroundings are far better. For me at least, I have found several SPs in far better surroundings who fire me up at least as much as Cassidy.
If I were to compare the neighborhood and building of Cassidy to say, Vienna, I would comment that Vienna's neighborhood and building have similarities to Cassidy's, so there is a problem there as others have commented in their reviews of Vienna. But in Vienna's case, she has done such a good job of tastefully decorating her place and keeps it tidy and in great shape. So once you are inside, you totally forget that you walked through a difficult area to get there or that the building is rather rough.
Anyway, those are my thoughts. I am not trying to be unfair to Cassidy and have mostly good things to say about her. For me however, it is the total package and for the donation that Cassidy is asking for, there are in my view, better packages out there.

To Cassidy's defense, she told me that a friend of hers did a lot of repairs to the apt already and I believe her, since usually the owners of that type of building rarely do any renovations. But I get your point Hotchilly, with that hourly rate (and if she is successful, which I believe she is), she can rent a much nicer apt around that area but not in that neighbourhood. Also, she told me a pimp came to her place and stole all her savings, so she must save again I suppose. Those fucking pimps. We like her to stay in the business, so I hope she finds a way of reorganizing her apt or moving to a nicer place.

No doubt the location is rough ( sorry babe it's true ) but the fee probably accounts for that on the economic index scale for sp pricing ( looks/services/location/reputation/busyness, etc)
