Even if she get exonerated by the courts, with social media and public opinion, she is now infamous and will remain so online. Some business like dental offices for would be dental hygiene employment may not want to hire her or be associated with for the aforementioned reasons. She is young but not remarkably attractive for the flesh trade and would be a mediocrity at best.

This young women lives in my condominium or at least us friends here cause I have seen her in the elevator more than a few times . She is just another young women that seems hooked on the social media world , almost every time I have seen her she is taking selfies in the elevator mirrors ( not shy even with people in the elevator ) lol
I’m from a different generation lol don’t need to take pictures of myself and everything I do ! She seems pretty young and immature tbh when you listen to some of the stupid shit her and her girlfriends talk about ! They are usually loud and annoying. I will say a very attractive and well put together women but even hot as fuck girls that age are just that little girls , and no matter what happens she did a really dumb shit move by throwing the chair !

Huge difference. There is a whole thread where everyone is helping everyone else get off of speeding tickets. Hence socially acceptable to speed. Many even applauding Dawn Lee for recommending an app to avoid speed traps. But no one in their right mind thinks throwing chairs off a balcony is a good thing.
I remember a thread a long time ago about something similar.

Unless you are driving like a total psycho, it is unlikely you will ever get enough points from speeding to lose your license. For that matter its bloody hard to get a ticket for speeding.
I've done it once, going 135 in a 90 and the Quebec cop gave this square head a 10 kph reduction.
I've been stopped going 140 in a 100 on Christmas and let go [CFA licence in Newfoundland for the win] and let off with a warning about Moose and going 90 in a 50, it did turn to 70 about 50 m up ahead but still 20 over and it was a 2 lane each way with no traffic at night, no ticket.

If you get a ticket, you probably deserve it and trying to get out of it is bullocks unless you are one of the few who actually is innocent [sure it happens]
If you are at the point where you might lose your license because of points you need to be off the road

However we all know that everyone is in the 95 percentile of driving ability.

99% of people speed. Only 1 person throws chairs off the balcony with someone filming who likes to post on social media. That should tell you all you need to know if you feel like the 2 are equal. If 99% of people throw chairs off their balcony then yes you can compare.

Depending on the nature of the speeding. Going 200 mph down the Gardner is just about as bad as tossing a chair

Going 120 in a 100 barely qualifies as speeding and pretty much never gets you a ticket. I know someone who routinely goes 135 on the 417 and never gets tickets. I've blown past cop cars going 135 a few times with a pack of other cars and not been pulled over on the 401 once and north of Laval another.

She asked me to tell you to have a seat, she'll be right down!

Is the chair throwing fetish the new big thing? And what are the typical rates, is it always an extra? Can I get mutiple chair throws in the half hour? Bare back chair throw?

Please ban me if it's too much.

The plastic chair is 10 pounds while a car is a 3000 pound plus bullet going down the road.
That chair dropping down would have gained momentum/acceleration and that 10 pounds would be multiplied 10-20 times.

Example:
If you jump off a ledge 4 meters high, you'll land and most-likely be ok.
If you jump off a ledge 30 meters high, would you still be ok?
Given that you are the same weight and landing spot is the same in both cases.

Iceman,
You are not taking in to account that the chair begins to accelerate once it starts to fall. The math is complicated but to better illustrate I will use a falling person as an example. A falling human will reach terminal velocity after about 15 seconds which is 195 kmh or 120 mph. After 8 seconds it would reach 90% of terminal velocity and after 3 seconds it would reach 50% of terminal velocity. Obviously, that chair thrown from that height would seriously injure anyone that it hit.

Some information:
Average mass of plastic chair: 6kg - can find actual mass and beacuse I said so
Assumed height of floor thrown from: 90m at 3m per floor 30th floor https://twitter.com/DanGreks/status/1095038267781799936
Assuming no drag force, chair never reaches terminal velocity - very bad assumption.
Assuming no horizontal force is applied.

Okay...

I will use work done, all the gravitational potential energy is converted to kinetic and thus the net work done is the whole of the gravitational potential energy the complete transfer of energy. Work done is defined as the cross product of the applied force and displacement. In the ideal chair throw it's perfectly vertical so the angle is zero...

W=F*D*cos(0)
= F*D*1
=F*D

Work done must be equal to gravitational energy...

W=Egpe
F*D=m*g*h
F=m*g*h/D

I suppose it must be stated that the "D" is how far the chair travels into the thing it hits (aka you). So to make this easy to calculate we can assume it travels 1cm (0.01m) before you notice. (Perhaps a bad assumption - but fuck it).

Anyways, time to plug and chug.

F=(6kg)(9.8m/s^2)(90m)/(0.01m)
=529200N

Das a lot of force

Comparable to;

The average force applied by seatbelt and airbag to a restrained passenger in a car which hits a stationary barrier at 100 km/h.

So if it is needed to be said, death is just about certain.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orders_of_magnitude_(force)

I spent to much time on this and am deeply ashamed, but I will not let the effort go to waste.

Please correct me if anything is wrong, or if you can make it more accurate I encourage you.

Thanks.

PS (if you appreciate this, seriously hook me up with the chair girl contact information, I really want to book a session.)

It isn't so much the damage of the chair, it's the reactions of the driver on being hit by the chair or trying to avoid the chair and the potential cascade of accidents it can cause.

OH GAWD THOSE TITS.
What do I need to do to touch them?
When she returns from her trip I am sure she will need employment somewhere. And I would think it again will be in the adult entertainment industry. Escort agency or massage parlour.

Fortunately for her, there will be an endless lineup of stupid guys who'll be more than willing to pay her way for everything, with the hopes of getting a sniff. :rolleyes:

I have to query the report that dental hygiene school expelled her for a criminal charge. AFAIK, it's not a professional faculty that has an ethics component that mandates good behaviour in day to day life.

And I cannot see how she could have gone to trial when she was on video tossing the chair over the balcony.

The only question is whether she can avoid jail time by pleading guilty.

They saying she probably won't be allowed into the U.S to do any modeling gigs. What I don't understand is after she serves the sentence, why she isn't being deported back to Brazil.
