Well to be totally accurate, it is not a contradiction to claim that Bush is stupid and that "Washington" (referring to the Straussian neo-cons who really run the Bush administration) orchestrated the attacks.

Not that I believe they did the orchestration, but I certainly believe that they took full advantage of them to forward an all ready existing agenda of control of the middle east and western Asia ... and I also lean towards accepting that it is plausible that some of them were aware to a degree that the attacks were coming soon and purposely arranged to take steps to make sure the attacks were allowed to happen ... as this is exactly how a Straussian neo-con would operate; deceit, lies, and subterfuge.

Between Oakville and Oshawa
yes I agree Bush is too stupid to pull something like that off. To be honest I think he's too stupid to fart and read at the same time let alone mastermind 9/11. I will say this though, even though I don't believe any of this conspiracy theory bullshit, IF there was a conspiracy its possible that Cheney and Rumsfeld and the like are smart enough to pull it off while Bush the idiot knows nothing about it.

WHy didnt they invade Iraq back in '91? That was the perfect excuse. If you believe the 'neocons' control Bush, surely they controlled Bush Sr. Oh well, that contradicts the conspiracy theories. Lets not talk about that.

Chavez is a communist. Now that oil is so high, he wants more money. Venezuela was begging for investment as little as 10 yrs ago. Its in his best interest to create this BS. Its the new OPEC strategy as they dont have the water tap method anymore.

Bush 1.0 had exsisting bussiness deals and arrangements made with Saudia Arabia and the royal family. Invading Iraq at the time would not have been good for business. Its just that simple.

Because he couldn't get UN approval to do so ... but the next 10 years and the non UN sanctioned "no fly zone" and almost daily bombings of Iraq might as well have been an invasion.

Don't forget that the US went to their allies and the UN to gather support for going into Kuwait, and the condition for support was that the mission would only be to remove Iraq from Kuwait, and going into Iraq was forbidden.

The neo-cons wanted to go in, but the decision to keep their allies over came the the imperialist lust ... for a while.

Simple? Why? its way more profitable to invade and take 2million barrels/day of oil for yourself. Look at all that lost profit. The simple reason is that Bush didnt want the mess thats there today. UN didnt want it either. But as I said earlier if you believe the BS conspiracy crap, it wouldve been much easier to invade then. But since they didnt, the 'neocons' obviously dont control anything. All these juvenille theories can be contradicted by factual events. Simple as: the allpowerful didnt invade back then but they invade now to dominate the middle east? Doesnt add up and you all know it.

I want the number to your dealer!!

The UN didnt back it before nor did the American public. What they needed was a "New Pearl Harbour". It may have been easier to invade then but they wouldnt have the support and/or legislature to keep it going. Hence bad for business. Hello 911 (New Pearl Harbour) and please wlcome the Patriot Act (Prez does wtf'ever he wants).
