I don't smoke so it doesn't do me much good, but for those who do and may not be aware of this, there are a number of Smoke Shops located on the Six Nations reserve south of Brantford, that sell packages of 200 (a carton) of cigarettes for $9-$10. They come in a ziplock type of baggie and are available in regular, lite, ultra lite, etc.

They actually use second grade tobacco and it burns hotter than the major brands. Once you get used to them they are ok. I have been smoking them for a number of years. I buy the packaged ones and pay more but to me it is worth the difference.
I tried some about a year ago and they were much like you have described. Recently I bummed a couple off one of my workers and I have to say they were great.marriedtoolong said:

There are a few such items available in those shops. The "Rollies" in the bags are the cheapest at $8-$12/200... and there are different ones (I buy the supposedly one-third US/two--thirds Canadian tobacco cigs). They tend to burn fairly quickly. The more expensive "All Natural Native" come in regular cartons for around $22-$25 per. The All Natural Native are in either Canadian or US tobacco types and there are variations of each available (light, 100's, etc.). At times, there are price wars at the different shops so it pays to check around for the best buy.
I neglected to mention that the two villages/towns where most are sold are Onondaga and Middleport.
Onondaga isn't a town on the reserve and Middleport is not part of the reserve. as for finding a smoke shack, well just about every half mile there is one on any road on the reserve.LurkerDave said:
