Good question. Many of us simply have budgets, and it's wise to keep within them. Some ladies, like LadyTY2All noted, realise this and enjoy catering to working men with a budget.

I am usually fine with a max of 240/h and 260/h...the 300/h, I have to think about it lol...like how Holly@GOE is on my TDL since forever.

Savvy and experienced escorts know how to screen clients by phone and have a sense as to which ones will commit. I have never had an encounter where I aborted the appointment due to the rate, most often it was due to lack of chemistry after the rate was already quoted. In other words, she may have quoted $200/hr by phone and I would have paid that rate if the SP would have met my expectations when I arrived. Unfortunately, sometimes it's the SPs who misrepresent themselves. Either she is worth the rate or she isn't, there is no negotiation of rates.

Whether there is a rationale or not, if neither party discusses price (especially her) then the possibility of an on site cancellation is there. It's her business, the onus is on her to make sure the client is aware, the same as any business does, i.e. post their prices/rates/fees.
