Given that this law has been around for years and the Chinese propensity to abort female fetuses, I see many chineseman-chineseman marriages in the near future.
One of the major reasons why they are thinking of relaxing the one child policy is to rebalance the male/female ratio. Also, to replace an aging population so China doesn't end up de-populating like Russia, Japan and Italy.

parents are allowed to have more than one child but when they have the second one, they get taxed more (or penalty) instead of having more benefits(to have more than 1 kid) like other countries do.

I was talking to one SP and she does it for business, but usually Asian women are not attracted to white men.
China population is slowing down due to imbalance between female and male ratio plus aging population even with all that I just don't see the government will change the One Child Policy any time soon.
Does that mean the Chinese women who married Mark Zuckerberg and Rupert Murdoch did so for money or something other than love?
China's one child policy is widely misunderstood outside of China. Members of minorities are encouraged to have more than one child. To us caucasians they may all be "Chineese", however in China, they distinguish themselves further based on skin tone.
I thought China's one child policy was only suppose to last until it became self-sufficient in food, which it is now.
