It does not seem like a flu or something which gives you high fever but something else

this one vid I got, in that - saw some people acting strangely like dogs, crows, etc., cops restraining people
at least one lady seems to act like a zombie, seems eating flesh

Police in masks with semi-auto. guns - do you need guns when people have flu? Why?

Does this virus turn people into something else?
