Yeah, huge shortage of women. These holdouts probably just want kids but don't want to go the sperm bank route for some reason.

I seen one to many of these videos. I worked with one here and she didn't seems desperate to be involved. She had sisters / husband and parents had money.
I get the feeling that these types of women realized that in their field of work there isn't that many older women in their field. So younger women are been hired so they know the gravy train is going to run out soon. They won't be able to "maintain their lifestyle" after 37 years old when they get canned.
