I'm 35 and have been experiencing recurring back problems (I've thrown my back out in an ugly way twice in the last year).
I've made an appointment to see a chiroprator for the first time. However, I hear mixed things about chiropractic medicine. I know some people who have found it helpful, and others who haven't. I've also read stuff by MDs who feel the chiropratic profession is complete bullshit, arguing that there is no evidence that speaks to the effectiveness of chiropratic treatment. Example:

Wondering if folks here might be willing to share their expereinces with chiropractic treatment. Anyone found it helpful?
