What is the cause if you don’t mind me asking? Usually root cause is inflammation. I’ve worked with a few guys and got them going again. It takes longer than just popping a pill but it’s natural. Look into improving your sleep, cutting out your inflammatory food triggers, and get moving more. One guy went on a carnivore diet & started lifting weights and said within 3-4 weeks, he was horny 24/7 and didn’t need pills. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I have no issue with desire at all. My issue is purely mechanical resulting from an incident while in the military with diabetes issues tossed in. I've tried Viagra, Cialis, Muse suppositories, diet modifications and multiple types of pumps. The pumps can work however the main issue is with outflow so I have to pump and then use a constrictor ring/device of some sort. Stopping to pump, constrict, do the deed then release the pressure to cum is not necessarily conducive to romance. I've adjusted and I'm fine with it all. While I sometimes wish it wasn't as it is, I've not had a SW be anything but understanding, non-judgemental and willing to enjoy our time. In fact, I've had more issues from non-SW. Thanks for the info though.

Ok sounds good. Diabetes is also underlying inflammation related issues. Good luck & consider inflammatory issues.

Here is some info on Trimix. My friend says it's great, but I'd like to hear more from guys on terb who may have used it, before I consider trying it.

It's only for those guys whose ED isn't helped by natural & health methods, or Cialis/Viagra, etc.

There are injections even stronger than Trimix if Trimix doesn't do the job, Quadmix for one...

As I mentioned before, if you do the injections you shouldn't do ED pills at the same time.

TriMix Injections for ED
Oct 30, 2020 | Articles, Compounding Pharmacy, Medication
trimix injections ontario

Is erectile dysfunction getting you down? Here is a reason to perk up – TriMix injections have little to no adverse side effects, and they are available at People’s Choice Compounding Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
If you’re interested in an alternative to conventional ED treatments you may want to consider injection therapies. However, it’s best to approach this treatment with caution as some injection therapies are still relatively new.

Who are TriMix Injections For?
TriMix is popular with men who have trouble achieving a natural erection and are unable to use oral treatments for ED, such as Viagra or Cialis, due to adverse reactions or side effects. Consult your doctor to find out which treatment option is best for your unique case.
Your doctor will show you how to administer the injections so it can be done at home, and an erection should occur within 5-15 minutes of administering the injection and should last 30 to 60 minutes.

What is in TriMix?
TriMix is a blend of three vasodilators which increase blood flow by relaxing the smooth muscles and widening the blood vessels in the penis. This can cause a powerful erection in 5 minutes or less. The proportions of these medications vary according to your prescription and are custom compounded for you.
These are the medications included in TriMix:
  • Papaverine
  • Phentolamine
  • Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) or alprostadil (Caverject, Edex, MUSE)

What are the Possible Side Effects of TriMix?
These medications have been used to treat ED since the early 1980s, and there is plenty of research to back their safety and efficacy. TriMix is FDA approved, and there are minimal side effects. The most common side effects of TriMix are minimal bleeding or bruising at the injection site, and priapism (a persistent erection lasting longer than 4 hours.) A doctor can prescribe another medication to reverse the effects of TriMix for patients who suffer from priapism.

Which ED injection therapy is right for me?
A consultation with your doctor is the best way to determine if injections are right for you, and which therapy to try. Of course, there are non-physical factors that may contribute to ED. Your doctor can help diagnose the source of your ED and prescribe the best treatment option for your needs. There is no need to suffer alone, treatment is available. Ask your physician if ED injection therapy is right for you.
At People’s Choice Compounding Pharmacy we are happy to discuss the injection therapies we stock for ED and refer you to one of the knowledgeable physicians in our area.

Whoa!
I’d have to be both substantially horny and unbelievably frustrated before I’d stick a needle in my cock…
I might consider reading a good book with an aged Irish whiskey in front of a wood fire, while contemplating past triumphs, first…

Curious… what would be the “inflammatory food triggers”? A later poster mentioned vegetarian diets… you cite meat… is there any consensus on which we could base an approach?

After my 3rd go round with chemo treatments
I had severe ED
I went to Fullmast for the shockwave therapy
10 treatments but is expensive..3k..and it feels like intermittent pissing on an electric fence..LOL
Maybe its time to think about it
Thanks… interested, but I am unclear on your results… did the shock treatment work?
How well?

I feel the same way, but my friend said it's a tiny needle, into the shaft not the glans, and whatever tiny "pinch" there is, is more than worth it, at least to him.

Still, I'm just curious, and probably won't try it...

Besides, at my age, and in my condition, if I could fuck my heart would probably attack me!

The mental reservation is the biggest issue. It's not like you are going deep enough for a shaft piercing. lol.

Honestly it depends on the person. My field is autoimmunity. Autoimmunity is inflammation gone crazy. 99% of ppl I see with autoimmunity find relief with “carnivore” diets. Starches, sugars, refined foods, vegetable oils, etc typically cause inflammation.

But that’s not the whole inflammation story. Many other factors should be addressed as well. Sleep, circadian clock, stress levels (!!).

some ppl have had success on vegetarian diets too. Problem is veg diets are difficult to sustain so ppl end up eating a lot of packaged and refined vegan food.

If you’re curious, start an elimination diet & journal your trigger foods. I can bet 9/10 a steak won’t trigger your inflammatory response but a vegan beyond burger with 62 different ingredients will trigger your immune system. Just PM me if you want to take it a step further.
