If I may step in,
- George Retes (U.S. Citizen): Detained for days without lawyer access during an immigration sweep despite being a U.S. citizen and combat veteran.
- Leonardo Garcia Venegas (U.S. Citizen): Detained twice after agents dismissed his valid REAL ID as fake, even as he worked on homes.
- Restaurant Raid (Liberty, MO): 12 people arrested without warrants in a single incident.
- Julio Noriega: Detained for over 10 hours without a warrant.
- Sergio & Maria (Deferred Action/U-Visa): Pulled over for a broken taillight, detained without a judicial warrant, even though Maria had a pending U-Visa.
It took you Lefties a few days, but finally one of you has produced some names.
Some of your links dont show any news articles though.
But lets assume your info is correct, you list 5 who were in your opinion wrongfully detained people (none of who were deported BTW).
Lets go through them one by one:
If Retes was detained while he produced his ID that showed he was a US citizen, then ICE is in the wrong.
But if he was being detained and couldnt produce his ID, ICE did nothing wrong.
Clearly he was eventually released, so maybe he finally found his passport??
Venegas case. An ICE agent is allowed to detain someone if they feel his ID is fake.
Eventually he too was released after they verified his ID. Nothing wrong with that
The restaurant raid in Liberty produces no names like I asked, it just says 12 people.
FYI ICE doesnt need a warrant to arrest an illegal immigrant:

Julio Noriega case. ICE is allowed to detain someone for questioning. They dont need a warrant.
Sergio & Maria (Deferred Action/U-Visa). If you have a U-Visa you're allowed to live and work in the US. However, ICE agents still have a right to detain someone and check their papers.
It looks like they too were eventually released, so due process was followed.
But I give you credit for at least finding 5 cases.
A little late though, but better late than never
