I kept looking at lower part of the picture, cleavage it is!!

It's both. Depends if you're looking from the top down or up from the bottom of the pic.

Scientifically speaking, I started looking at the middle and let my eyes and subconscious take over. They were drawn to the cavernous region of the picture, the cleavage.

Makes sense. But if you look at her eyes first before looking only at her boobs you'll avoid "GEEZ, WILL YOU STOP STARING AT MY TITS! MY EYES ARE UP HERE!!" LOL
