Closing up

Been going to a local one woman spa since the pandemic for an almost always $20 quickie HJ. Started going there just before the pandemic because it was close. I wasn't really digging her because of how restrictive she was. Got way more playful during the pandemic all of a sudden! Haven't really been in the hobby much for the last few years. This once in a while tune up always hit the spot.
Called up Friday and no answer. Got a text today that it's done. Landlord did not renew the lease. Not surprised. Area's all Persian. Building was lacking tenants for a while. Now all businesses in there, save for her, are Persian. Think she is done for good. She was a bit of an older woman and would not work for a few hours in the day because she had to go make food for her older siblings.
I can't believe this day has come! Guess pooning days are done for me.

First world problem, there are plenty of other places out there to go I myself have been seeing one particular mpa for years because I feel comfortable there and she treats me well. Try and stay in touch with it maybe she'll open up somewhere else

I sympathize FrankenStrat. There have been several strippers over the years that were my regulars(not all at the same time) with whom I lost touch(no pun intended).

Yes, stuff like this happens. One of my favourites was on the Vic Park strip south of Lawrence. Landlord didn't renew her lease, and then the condo re-development continued in the area. Probably good for the community, but I'm not going to drive to Brampton to chase a favourite asian milf/gilf. But I'm still out of my comfort zone.

Crossing my fingers. I'm good for now, but worried when I start seeing double from the built-up pressure. That's when I'd go to her and she would 'de-pressurize" me GOOD.
