I posted a very important thread yesterday about the bill that was passed in Commons and was deleted since it was considered a "hate" topic.
I won't even mention the bill's name, since probably it is not even welcome.
You all know what it is about.
My point is this: the topic is of world wide importance, Canada is only the third country to do so, and we are not even allow to discuss the topic ?
The whole world is talking about it, President Bush is talking about it, why can't we ?
It is of extreme importance, not "hate" at all.
Don't you all agree ?
If yes, write to mod and ask him to restore the thread.

Was the topic considered hateful, or your inane rantings?

I won't even mention the bill's name, since probably it is not even welcome.
Wow, kind of like the love that dare not speak its name. Rather ironic, I suppose.

You all know what it is about.
Actually, given your detachment from both reality and the most basic forms of linear thinking, I'd hesitate to guess.

My point is this: the topic is of world wide importance,
World wide importance? Like hunger? Poverty? Disease? War?

Canada is only the third country to do so,
To do what? Ridicule Goober for having no backbone? Force strippers to stop dancing to bad hair metal and gangsta rap? Ban male escort ads from the bible?

and we are not even allow to discuss the topic ?
Says who?

The whole world is talking about it, President Bush is talking about it, why can't we ?
Is this about Iraq?

Or perhaps a lost dog? Did Rover run away from home?

It is of extreme importance, not "hate" at all.
Okay...

Don't you all agree ?
I agree that Peanut Butter & Marshmallow sandwiches aren't just for kids anymore. Other than that...

Mod's explanation.

Mod sent me a note saying it was deleted since it is considered a hate topic.
PM Martin, Stephen Harper, President Bush, US Congress can discuss it and it was not considered hate topic.
Why can't we ?
What is the difference between Commons and us ?
Nothing!!!!
Please raise hell with mod!!!!!

It's simple, the words you used were hateful - not the bill that was passed.

Again, are you sure that s/he said the "topic" was hateful, and not that your specific ranting about said nameless topic were the problem?

PM Martin, Stephen Harper, President Bush, US Congress can discuss it and it was not considered hate topic.
Wait, I've got it now. The topic in question is male erectile dysfunction, isn't it? Are you having problems getting it up without the help of naked men, Maryland?

What is the difference between Commons and us ?
You mean beyond basic literacy skills and sanity?

Are you saying the House of Commons is more sane than our buddy maryland?

I beg to differ.

Sugar-coated everything ? Even lying ?

Now you tell me that I have to sugar coat everything here on TERB, using only beautiful lyrics ? Lying to everybody ? Saying only superficial things like "How are you ?"
Come on, grow up and live in the reality.
The whoel wide world is in a pandemic of unknown proportion, causing unimaginable loss, and you don't want to face the truth ?
Everybody talks about it, from President and PM down.
Oh, I forgot. TERB's audience is of the exquisite sensitivity.
OK I get it now.
TERB is even higher than heads of state.

I'm not sure that Curious George and Clifford have much to teach on the subject...
Maybe the Man in the Yellow Hat started the whole AIDS thing by bum-farking Curious George.

A spoonful of sugar...

Lying to everybody ?
Who's asking you to lie?

Come on, grow up and live in the reality.
Oh, man, you can't pay for entertainment this great.

Trust me, son, you're the last person anywhere who should be telling anyone that they need to "live in the reality".

The whoel wide world is in a pandemic of unknown proportion, causing unimaginable loss, and you don't want to face the truth ?
And this has what to do with Gay Marriage?

Everybody talks about it, from President and PM down.
Who is PM Down? Did Paul Martin resign?

TERB is even higher than heads of state.
Well, somebody here is high...

Goober, was that a picture of you standing on the float in the TO Gay Day Parade? If so, your shoes clash with your spandex.

I recently met this amazing girl and I think she really likes me....but I haven't made a move in 3 weeks. She makes me feel uneven and off balance. So recently I asked her out and she said, 'yes'. Now I don't know what to do b/c I fear this girl has the capability to hurt me in an intangible way.

I'm afraid for myself. My friends all tell me to be myself but I really don't know myself when I'm around her. By the way she's way out of my league....all my guy friend's have been asking me if they can make a move....even my gay(with a life mate) neighbour told her he was 'BI' so he could make a move.

what should I do

signed lost and a little confused

Take her to see the movie "A league of their own". If you strikeout after the movie is over at least try and get to first base. If she wants to continue seeing you e mail the eye for proper advice.
