My computer is refusing to a) attach files and B) send out any email.
Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Its not my levels....this started out of the blue 3 days and I have not changed anything. I have re-booted a zillion times.
What do you mean by re-install software? I dont really have any on here...lol
It is happening on hotmail and yahoo email accounts.

The reason I think its the computer Sheik is because its happening on both yahoo and hotmail and both started the same night.
I will un-install one anti-virus program but I dont think thats the casue...Ive had them both for months.

if you are using webmail some of the problems may include the attachment being too large, being blocked by virus check etc etc

You can do a restore
Pretty simple to do
You restore you computer to setting of a previous time, when everything worked
Go to your start button
go to all programs
go to accessories
go to system tools
go to system restore
choose a highlighted date, that PREDATES the problems you are having and restore to that date
