I'm trying to connect my computer desktop screen to my TV by a wireless converter like this:

http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/PC-TV_GWB-4000.html

So I can watch movies on my TV while they play on my computer.
Does anyone know how good the quality is????
And with quality I mean 640x480 pixels ???

I need to know before I invest $200
Which connection are you going to use for your TV (generally svideo and below sucks). A lot has to do with how big is your TV... you can get away with more ona 21" than you can on a 120".

You can just need any old video card with s-video or compositie output and connect it to your tv. Maybe your video card already has it. If not most newer ATI or Nvidia cards will.

Look on the back of your pc - do you see a "video out" connection? If so, go to future shop and buy the cable that will connect it to one of the inputs on your tv. If not, take your pc to future shop and ask them to install a video card with such a connection, and kindly not to rip you off.

I'm serious too. It will look like a pictoral representation of "video out". If you have it, it will be next to where your monitor is plugged in to. Please don't ask me to explain what your monitor looks like.

And now to add more confusion::::::::::Look for a SVIDEO connection or 3 RCA JACKS one Yellow, one RED and one White. Of course you must make sure the RCA jack are not inputs
