Skyn Large are as good as I've found. And they have never broken or fallen off me. I also use a silicone lube on my dick before the condom goes on and make sure I am good and hard. Otherwise I won't get there.
If you're thinking of regular condoms, AVOID because they're so thick compared to what available now. Go with brands such as Skyn but also look at Durex and Trojan at their Ultrathin/Bareskin versions that are quite good and literally feels like you're not wearing a condom. Best of luck in you.
