What is the best brand and why?

Define best . The Rubber and Plastics News ( I kid you not ) every once and awhile publishes a QC testing failure of a foreign made brand . The standard test is called a " 5 gallon burst test " .

Now personally 5 gallons isn't much of an issue but in someone's eyes it's a failure .
