Someone needs to have the balls to reign the police department in.

Fantino may have tried by calling in the RCMP, but to little avail.

They got to set up a serious police investigative unit, "Internal Affairs" like in the States. SIU has got no teeth and seems likes it was set up for the public than to actually investigate police corruption and misdeeds.

The Toronto cops HAVE an internal affairs unit, problem is is that it's run by the cops themselves.

Too bad about that ugly uniform but I could tell she was an exceptionally attractive and unquestionably edible specimen with her honey blonde curls framing her stunningly attractive face and those wonderful baby blues looking up at me. I was transfixed! She was also very understanding and compassionate. She skipped the lecture and dropped the fine to $54 (I think) and no points. Nice girl and a credit to her profession.

Among the OPPs - I find the predomince of blonde blue eyed chicks exceptionally high - out of step with the general population - does anyone else notice this representation of ice queens?

I was in a boozecan last summer and there were a number of bikers there partying away. We got to talk to a few and as we were talking about the various biker gangs I asked one of them:
"Which is the largest biker gang in Ontario"?????

His answer: "The Cops"!!!!!
