I probably have more interesting stories but they aren't coming to top of mind right now...

the craziest thing i remember is watching a kid smoke weed on a subway car in the middle of the day. after he was done, he threw the remainder half way down the car

A middle-aged guy huffing something pretty potent in the middle of the day. The entire subway car was filled with the smell of whatever it was he was huffing from his rag, he was drooling and running up to random people to babble at them and giggle. Strangely enough nobody (myself included) pressed the yellow strip or did anything to try to get rid of him.

In 1990 I was living at Don Mills/ Finch and on my way west to Finch station at 7am. It was only me and another passenger sitting at the very back, a young 23ish middel eastern man. Well about 5min into the bus ride this dude starts grabbin his boner thru his pants and grabbin the tip and strokin it. I was at the very back seat at the window on one side he was on the other side by the window. He started to rub it faster and faster so I got up and went to the front of the bus to tell the driver. I cant say what happened after that cus I was sitting at the front and not lookin back but it was a very weird situation. I think the guy had issues tho cus he kinda looked alittle retarded or something of that nature. I was lucky the trip to the station was pretty short.

It's not really that crazy but those TTC driver are useless. I was on a bus and some mental guy starts shouting and banging his head against the side of his seat wall and the pole on the bus, till his head started bleeding. I told the driver and he did nothing about it! He was ignoring me and everyone else. The women passengers were frightened and everyone was moving as far away from him as possible. The driver could've cared a less. I should've reported him but all i could think of was getting off that fucking bus ASAP!

About a month ago Im going down the stairs at yonge/bloor station at about 1a.m and the southbound into Union is coming in ,some guy decides to jump in front ,I didnt see it but heard the loud thud and the blood curdling scream of some female that seem to go on frever .All the trains were cancelled and we were directed outside to start taking shuttle buses as the police and emergency crews piled down the stairs for the big clean up .Didnt see anything in the papers about tho.

Other then the normal crazyness of taking the Yonge vomit comet home after club nights, the crazy thing I witnessed was this:


So this about 28-30 years ago. I was on what was then the Bayview 11 route and it was pretty late. Maybe like 11pm at night so I get on the bus and it's me and literally one other women who looked to be in her mid 30's. This lady is sitting in the two seaters that face forward right behind back exit and she's sitting on seat beside the window. Being a total empty bus, I sit at very back row. So it's literally me and just this other lady on the bus. A few stops later, this guy who looked to be in his mid 40's get on, and sits on the empty seat beside the women. An entire empty fucking bus, and this guy sits on an seat right beside a women in the tight two seater. I couldn't believe my fucking eyes. At first I thought, "he must know her", then 15 seconds later, she excuses herself and moves to the very front beside the driver...lol.

The doors close before door jammer can recover and train takes off and passengers applaud.

other than that, I was on the subway when the blackout hit in 2003.
The train stopped and we knew something was different. There was no hum of the train running.
Remember 9/11 was still on people’s minds.
After about 20 minutes the driver came back and told us we had to exit the train through the tunnel to an auxiliary exit that led outside.
He said that the power wouldn’t be coming back soon but we still stayed clear of the 3rd rail.
It was a long walk home, seeing what was going on in the city
