how and where do I get Cuban visa?

At the checkin counter or on the flight. Just a warning fill it out carefuly

It is simply called a "Traveller's Card". It says to Cuban officials that you are a Canadian Citizen. You fill it out before you get to Cuba with your name and passport number. . When you go through customs it gets split in two pieces and both get stamped. You get to keep one half of it during your stay in Cuba. When you leave, it gets stamped again and it goes back to the Govt confirming you have left.

I have never been to Cuba but am also considering going before it all changes.
Internationalsexguide.org has great info on Cuba and it sounds like it has become a big hassle for mongering.
I have mongered extensively throughout Mexico and love it, but I am fluent in Spanish, street smart and know my way around. Mexican women are some of the most passionate that I have ever met.
For hassle free mongering and the chance to get the full on Latina experience I'd recommend Costa Rica, San Jose specifically.

Roger, I think I'm going to make this trip to Cuba as well. I will be going in late February. You see, I've been to Rio twice and love the quality of the women but the thing I didn't like was the danger. Rio seems like a city you hate to love. I mean, I was literally was depressed that I had to leave, and that I wasn't born there, but the amount of BS I had to put up with and percautions I had to take with everything I did, just didn't seem to be worth it. Even with an SP, it was a constant have your guard up situation. How can you relax and have fun like that? I even did get robbed by one SP.

I kind of get the feeling that Cuba (Havana) is more safe. The SP's are more genuine. Keep in mind, I'm really attracted to dark skin and mulatto's with big butts. I'm thinking this shouldn't be a problem in Cuba. I would like to PM you for more info but for now, I just want to know if I'm accurate with my assessment as far Rio V.S Havana go?
