Can someone please tell me how I am able to open .Ink files??

I am at a loss on this one. I had an email sent to me and cannot view it at all. Any help would be appreaciated...

sweetie you are so funny....I know what it is...and who it is from...however whatever program they used to do it in I must not have anything to view it with my pc. That is why I asked how I am able to open them or if there is something that I can download to view it in.

actually it is usually a shortcut to a file somewhere else on the users harddrive!

someone has sent you a shortcut for a program or document. they probably sent you the wrong file. ask them to send the actual file again.
