A female friend of mine was lamenting that all she finds on dating sites are real jerks. Does anyone know of any good sites, or other f matchmaking services (hopefully free) where a woman might find more sincere respondents?

And, by the way, I already suggested terb but she's not interested ..

what about 25dates.com? not sure if that's the correct name but its one of those speed dating organizers that holds events where a person talks to 25 people in a row for a few minutes each, at the end of the night you fill out a card of any of the people that you find interesting, if they do the same then the organizers pass on some way for the two people to contact each other.

Don't know anyone who's tried it so I can't vouch for the effectiveness of these events.
