Perhaps having put it in the past tense is part of the problem - as in: "we liked to please but could never get it right so we gave up on it and only worry about being pleased"

sorry, I haven't called yet as I haven't really had a time I thought was good to do it, plus the BBQ is tommorrow and I want to spread out the experiences. I definately want to do this either next friday or saturday, I'll call you later in the week (wednesday or thursday) to see when is best for you as I don't want my little freebie to cost you money from an actual paying client.
