Cold as Balls, Mark Callaway (The Undertaker) sustained a 30 year wrestling by taking cold baths.

Where can I get a tub like that?
Depends on what you want. You can buy a large rubber tub at any Home Depot or Walmart. Unless you want a specialty tub that stays at a certain temperature, Jacuzzi might have them.

Since I have a chronic dopamine deficiency, I'll have to give it a try. They say a cold plunge or a cold shower increases dopamine almost like cocaine. Now if I had Nurse Shelby to hold my hand, that would be swell.

He said he was in there for 20 minutes previously. Looks like he didn’t even last four minutes this time.
I tried taking a cold shower, I lasted less than a minute. Nurse Shelby says I'm awesome. I don't know, I'm more Rodney Dangerfield...I used to work in a pet shop, people kept asking how big I'd get.

When we were in Hawaii in April we stayed at a Hilton resort on Kona...they had a cold plunge pool...water was at a constant 50 degrees F.
I was in 2-3 times a day for about 30 minutes each...people would walk by ..dip a foot in and freak out...myself and my neices husband were called.."Those Crazy Canadians"..
My arthritic knees felt great afterwards

Where is this Nurse located? It seems to be in Texas.

Wish our benefits providers would allow us to cryotherapy.

Nurse Shelby doesn't have a notable accent, hard to say where she's from. She's proof that if you have a message it's better to deliver it with honey than with vinegar.

Come to think of it, I should have included cryotherapy in our group plan. I did manage to get acupuncture and pool resistance therapy into the health plan.

Have been dealing with back pain a few years now. Finding a total cure for it may be difficult, however, finding solutions to reduce the pain may be another approach.

One that has worked for me over the last 2 years is getting a ‘restful’ sleep on a mattress that supports the spine as it should to maintain it’s form while providing a balance weight distribution, as they say a good night’s sleep is very regenerative.

The investment in a Dunlop organic rubber mattress, with a suitable frame, have eased my pain significantly, after trying many other options.
