I really want to know what the population wants. I'm in the middle of a personal debate regarding location.

What do you guys look for when booking? Outcall or Incall? Hotel or house or apartment?

IF I were to set up an incall outside a hotel, rest assured the location would be extremely low volume (1-2 appointments every 2 days maybe 4 days a week) and strictly reserved for regulars or verified/recommended TERB members as I did successfully and without trouble in Hamilton.

Assume no problems with neighbours in a non-rental neighbourhood when you vote.

Add any comments you'd like!

I think it is best to have an Apartment or Condo a lot more discreet I know of one that works from a house and a little to much traffic and not really kidding neighbors eventually police will be knocking on the door. You know Felica and I think that is a perfect low key thing that works for everybody.

There's nothing wrong with having a few clients over to a house on occasion. But if you were to do it on a regular bases you could find yourself in trouble. Condo / apt is a better option but for ongoing regular calls a hotel is best.

I prefer incalls @ a clean hotel. If it was someone's residence, a condo would be my choice.

For the SP, it would be most cost effective from their own place. But, there could be some safety issues.
IMO, a condo would be the safest..You also, have to take into consideration, how much you value your personal privacy.

Although, I would go to any location to see my favorites!!

I think i would have to agree with gudnite in this debate, in today's society one may not want to know thee neighbor, yet what you do or who visits seems to be of great concern to most. So regular visits by different male faces to any ground level rented or owned neighborhood of a single lady ,(even married for that fact LOL)--could be a issue in short time.
Never had a concern when entering Felicas location as she seems to makes it that way:).and would also depend on by who or how location is run. I was a little concerned at first to visit private residence , as a *little* more security at hotel room?
Even in hotel one not need to make it known to staff what they up to, puts them in a spot so to speak, yet seems to be quite safe for a lady with wits about her and if you do get kicked out of room you still have your home to go to, unlike if same was to happen in a rented residence anywhere
Out-calls to a regular or a good gut feeling as a independent is a matter of choice to you my dear lady.
In short for me hotel room for in-call or out-call is safest for me. Yet condo/apt or my home is a option if i comfortable with Sp- no exceptions-

Hotel Incall would be my choice but without having to walk past a Reception area please.....
I can't think of any higher end hotels in Barrie that one doesn't have to go past reception. The side doors are usually locked, except the Holiday Inn has that one back door that is open until 11pm, at which point a security guard comes to lock it. My only concern with this one is that there are at times a number of girls staying there.

I know some of the places on Hart have the sliding doors in the room, but those places are not as upscale as I was hoping for and A LOT of girls work out of them putting it more in the public view and I fear at greater risk of being a target for an investigation by By-Law/LE.

PM me if you know of a nicer hotel that has a reception by-pass.

I only visit established or reviewed sp's myself, simply due to the immediate concern with whats been mentioned for personal safety.

While I agree with some of the points made, my personal preference is apartments. No one knows why I'm there or who I'm going to see. I get nervous standing in hotel hallways sometimes after knocking on a door.

I wear a suit to work and generally do midday visits so in my head I feel as if I stand out
Ie: why is this guy knocking on a hotel door.

Just my two cents, I however haven't had the opportunity to meet with vicky yet. I do have to say the new, pics have definitely made it inevitable ;)

Hotel is best. People coming and going never really raise suspicion as much as a residence.

I'm torn on this: It's obvious that I am where I am, and would always want to promote that fact, but there are downsides to both.
I got to say, I never ran into a pimp in my apartment.
I never joined a person on my balcony for a ciggie (even though I dont smoke) and had another escort in an adjoining room or cleaning staff staring at me, as well as any number of people in a parkinglot.
I never had a phonecall while I was seeing a client at my place asking me to leave her hotel because she knows why I am there & has reviewed video footage (monte carlo, 2.5 years ago, by the manager herself).

Then there are condos. People buy those, not rent. (i think?) The security is equal to or greater than an apartment and most doors are positioned exactly across from your door, giving your neighbor lots of reasons to put nose prints on the inside of their door.

The reason I am torn on this, and I'm being honest, is that I want to cater to a wider geographic area, find that after being cozy here for awhile, I want to mix it up. I am also very aware that my time may come with J.L, if I don't move around occasionally I could get bit in the tush. I hope my opinion is just taken as such... I found this thread to be very interesting, got me thinking.

As you have noted the volume of clients would be the key to making appartment/condo/residence work for you. Your safety must be foremost so keep to known clients. If you have the desire you can always take a road trip. But I'm sure your dance card is full and you will be turning clients away.

Hotels for sure.
I know a lovely lady that used a semi-detached house along with her friend.
The neighbours never noticed or complained.
She had to cut-off a client who became obsessed and he reported her incall location to the police.
Both she and her friend were charged.
Conflicts with clients or other SP's who have used the space can lead to big problems later.

Once dated a girl who worked out of her condo in Toronto. Underground visitor parking and buzzed in from there allowed for by-passing of the lobby. She worked mostly days and early evenings with low volumn. Therefore visitors weren`t noticed as much. There was a couple of occasions when someone would stop by unannounced and ask to be let in. Girls should consider this and decide if they want that risk. Neighbours will notice eventually.
I prefer a nice hotel incall. You just have to walk through the lobby like you belong there. It would be easier if the girl could give some specific directions to the room in advance, such as elevator location,[left or right when exiting elevator], straight through the lobby or hallway[stairs] to the left or right . Just helps to have an idea of where your going and not have to look for signs for direction.

What greater risk then can there be then what is already made available to them through online resources. If they want to investigate you, most of the work is already done for them, however in a residential location you run the risk safety issues and of neighbors interfering in your business and making your life difficult plus still leaving yourself open to investigation from LE at the same time, I would suggest hotel locations.

I prefer discrete apartments/condos, followed by mid-scale hotels with non-reception entrances.

For the most part, I dislike residential homes, although there are definitely some exceptions (anyone remember "Jade's Place" near what is now the Go Station?). I guess, for me, I just feel more likely to run into someone I know in a nice middle-class area and really don't have an excuse to be there, lol.

There is a definite downside to apartment/condo locations, but more for the provider. I know that Jazz worked out of a great condo spot, but either a nosy neighbor or an indiscreet client messed that up for her.

I don't mind the motel experience. Krystelle, one of my ATF's, used to work out of the place on Blake Street, and she was so awesome, I would immediately forget that we were fucking in a dump. ;)
