You keep moving the goalposts on this Holocaust argument. Asking questions shouldn't be a crime.
My position has always been that the Holocaust happened, undeniably, and that the only people who support questioning it are people who are anti-Semitic and want to sow doubt. Their motivations having ZERO do with free speech and everything to do with spreading hate. And that is why it deserves to be a crime.

I have not deviated from that one iota.

Can you explain in more details why "the only people who support questioning are anti-Semitic and want to sow doubt"? I fully support your position that "Holocaust happened", but the second part of your statement is a bit fascist.

This type of censorship and fake illegality empowers, it does not dissuade, and they know that.

Yes, the Holocaust happened.
As did the Nabka.

Happy Nabka day, by the way.

point blank - yeah it happened, to what extent it happened is often the question and that does not make anyone anti-semetic. The question has always been is it exagerated and how exaggerated is it, which also doesn't make anyone anti-semetic. These conversations have to happen over and over because there is doubt and there is lack of evidence and there is evidence. Democracy works by trust in your fellow person, so you don't get to decide alone, but apparently this goverment thinks it can squash pieces of free speech and that is the issue at hand all dressed up and wrapped nicely with holocaust clothing. Soon book banning will follow, this is a shit slope that's slippery AF.

That's what all the antisemites celebrate along with the Palestinian terrorists. The decent people celebrate the Independence Day of Israel and its miraculous survival after the Jews were attacked by Syria, Iraq, Egypt and Trans-Jordan- the same Trans-Jordan that occupied the West Bank and Old Jerusalem for the next 20 years but never even considered creating a "Palestinian State". And why would they? The Jordanians and the West Bank Arabs considered themselves Jordanians and there were no Palestinians back then- a fraud people who never existed except as a weapon to destroy the Jews. Happy Independence Day!

The 'decent' people shot a journalist in the face because she reports the Palestinian views. Then then raided her apartment and told the people there they can't have Palestinian flags.
Then they attacked the people carrying her coffin to her funeral. Same day they announced 4000 new 'settlements' as they continue settler colonialism on Palestinian land. Same day that some gang of orthodox wingnuts raided the Al Aqsa and another gang took over a Palestinian apartment building in Hebron by force, backed by the IDF.
The Nabka continues.

Now you're backing apartheid in Israel and Tucker Carlson and the great replacement theory in the US, the same mantra that convinced some 18 year old kid to shoot black Americans while saying they'd come after the Jews next.

Its all the same.

End apartheid and stop backing the great replacement.

49th journalist Israel has killed.
Its a pattern.

That pattern is called apartheid and its the same ideas as the white replacement theory of Fox that lead to the Buffalo attack.

Not me, dude.
That's for people who listen to Fox and Tucker.
Sure you can and you should. Like the Palestinian terrorists, you too observe the Nabka.

Ah, I forgot you were a denier of holocausts.
Yep, you're half right. Had the Palestinian Jews not defended themselves in 48, the Arabs would have had finished the Nazis job. Oops! And now you mourn the lost opportunity with them. You shouldn't expose yourself like this. Hatred stands out rather prominently in a castrated society like Canada's. Stick with the evils of Zionism- it's the acceptable antisemitism. Mourning with the terrorists might be a step too far. Even for you.

This was a thread where you defended apartheid while accusing others of racism.
That's it.
Obviously you can't read because there are threads where I quite clearly explained why the Apartheid definition doesn't fit. It seems Canada and much of the Western Democracies agree with me.

All you are doing is showing why you meet Canada's definition of anti-semitsm, trying to make a thread about Holocaust denial into your obsession with Jews being in the Middle East.

The issue isn't outright denial. The issue is many fold. First off being what constitutes denial. Now saying 5 999 999 perished is denial. Many of the atrocities attributed to the third reich such as skin lampshades and soap were proven to be OSS propaganda. Mentioning that will considered denial.
...
Sorry but you're full of shit and you've been challenged on this repeatedly. Nowhere in this proposed law do they prevent people from researching despite why your red herring arguments say.

Even in Germany where Holocaust denial laws got their start, plenty of people are doing research and you will even find Jewish researchers trying to determine the actual number of dead. What Canada's proposed law and what Germany's law says is you can not use 'questining' of the Holocaust as a means of promoting hatred.

p.s. All those other genocides get taught. There are even ads on the radio right now about Tamil genocide. And sorry but a well organized government action of rounding up certain ethnicities and sending them to gas chambers is scarier than the many less organized genocides.

Obviously you can't read because the reports by Amnesty, HRW, B'tselem and the UN all say the opposite.
With the bonus that they were written by people who both know what they are talking about and are internationally respected.
Apartheid supporters? Not so much.

The liberals likely won't be able to run another election denying Israel is apartheid.

Ansti-semitic obsession.

The Nazis had a well organized a campaign to exterminate German Jews and Jews in any territory they conquered. On the other hand, the Nakba occurred when Arab/Palestinian leaders rejected the idea of Jews living in 'their' land, rejected Partition and declared war. To add, the vast majority of Palestinians who left weeks or months before any Jewish/Israeli troops were near (attested to even by Palestinian historians). Even more telling is Israel accepted around 20% of the Arab population as full citizens. israel has some blame for not letting people who fled to return to their homes without a peace deal but the Arab/Palestinian leadership deserve huge blame for the Nakba.

Also telling that the Palestinian leader at the time was a guest of Adolf during the war, trying to recruit Muslims to fight for the Axis powers.

But don't let reality get in the way of your hateful crusade.

Ah, back to that genocidal fear of Palestinians. So much like that genocidal fear of people of colour of white supremacists.
Racial supremacy is just evil, jc, doesn't matter who is doing it or how scared you are.
