Tried to get in with them today, had been messaging Amber because my usual WhatsApp with Dixie wasn’t going through.
Got a reply at 10 this morning about setting up a time, scheduled for 3:35. Sent a text to confirm the booking and she said apparently they screwed up their scheduling today and are trying to sort it out.

I had a similar experience a few years ago while she was in Wasaga.

I've known Dixie for awhile and she's had some ups and downs over the years. I'd describe her as a free spirit and extrovert, but flighty and not exactly grounded.
