since doctors are trained to diagnosed and treat patients. can they treat themselves or they have to see doctors to get health care they need?
I don't know the answer to that specific question; but I believe in Ontario at least you are not allowed to treat someone you are in an intimate (sexual) relationship with; so, if you are a Dr. and your wife needs a prescription for step throat, you need someone else in your practice to write it.since doctors are trained to diagnosed and treat patients. can they treat themselves or they have to see doctors to get health care they need?

But they likely get faster access to MRI or specialist when neededDoctors are not allowed to prescribe medication for themselves or treat themselves. They need to go to another doctor.
The former is true. Not so sure about the latter.Doctors are not allowed to prescribe medication for themselves or treat themselves. They need to go to another doctor.
Some treat themselves within their own egos. Others reach out. Same in any profession I would think.since doctors are trained to diagnosed and treat patients. can they treat themselves or they have to see doctors to get health care they need?

Does OP think that a pediatrician who gets testicular cancer is going to consider for an instant of a second treating themself?
This was a really silly and naive medical question by OP. This is the same guy who was pushing so much medical info on us about vaccines/covid.
I think that this post of yours below is very appropriate as a retort to the above quote. Some treat themselves within their own egos. Others reach out. Same in any profession I would think.
