When I was younger I noticed some of my bro friends didn't come to realize that women simply don't like guys who don't stand up for themselves I.e. Too nice. A too nice guy will get used and abused. Stop being a loser and stand up for yourselves. This is the confidence that women like. I work with a lot of young people (high school graduates and university students) and what I found is that there's a large amount of guys that's awkward, not confident and not sure what they want in any aspect of their lives, while I see a lot of girls (hot or not doesn't matter) come across mature, confident and know what they want. And that might be why you see more and more girls with guys that're like 10 years older than them.

Because they are mostly raised by women. The educational sector is dominated by women. Women also are better at language and socializing than men are. Its how their brains are wired. So from an early age there is a descrepency. I notice this a lot in young guys too.

I'm in my early 20's, and I started at 19 actually. SP's generally feel more comfortable though because I am their age most of the time, and none of them I know have had a problem with it.

Keep in mind that many of todays young males were brought up by single parents which would normally be the Mother and with no male roll model, this also plays into their interactions with women later on in life.
