I use a tongue scraper before I brush. Ask your dentist for one next time you're there.

I have been brushing my tongue for a few days since reading this thread, and now the white film on my tongue is gone, and I notice my bresh is fresher.

I've been living with this condition forever, and no one told me that the solution was so simple!

Thank god I stumbled upon this thread.

I use to brush my tongue but I've been using a tongue scraper for the past few years.

IMHO the scraper works a lot better!
