I think they get a bottle of wine at Christmas (unless they are Jewish or Muslim) and on their birthday (unless they are Muslim).

No, I only have done one incall, in my experience it is much easier considering my place isn't the best in terms of location to receive outcalls and I don't like renting hotels for an hour.

Every worry about the front desk?

The doormen in my place are extremely professional and have never showed a wink that they know, despite weekly (many times more) visits I have from various ladies.
