You need blood tests to determine if your free testosterone is low before it can be prescribed as a replacement medication.
I've know many people who are on it.
Many people will say to try the various herbal supplements that are marketed as testosterone boosters..Tongkat Ali being the most favoured...Unfortunately any effectiveness is mostly placebo.

Yes I was a little vague. It boner jelly that's available in Thailand, works for me with little side effects. It's about 40 dollars for 50 packs. Always worried about the long term affects from it but I've been using it for years. It's made in India, I've read up on it and it seems to mostly same ingredients as viagra.

That's exactly the reason, the wood isn't as noticeable now. When I do my passport bro trips I don't trust my wood anymore so I'm always taking wood helpers. I don't even jerk off much anymore. When I'm with a lady if I don't get the condom on my wrench quickly after arousal from blow jobs, sometimes I'll lose wood and not get it back for the session, thus appointment over.

I find I think clearer, have more energy and I am a bit more aggressive when I take a lot of it. But I don't take it consistently. My view on supplements like this, is if you take it all the time, your body will just adjust its own production down.
Where in Thailand did you go, if you don't mind me asking? (Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket)
Know some older guys who take it for medical reasons. They were feeling constantly lethargic, energy less and always tired. Got tested by family doctor and showed low levels of testosterone and started immediately on testosterone shots and re-evaluated after 3 (or 6?) months with adjustments until testosterone within in normal levels, followed by maintenance injections and then tested yearly or 2x/year. But none was ever done to boost boner performance since that would eventually mess up the body's own testosterone production.
